1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Adepa Mall app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the Adepa Mall app and website
- "Vendor" refers to pharmaceutical companies, restaurants, or shops registered on the platform
- "Customer" refers to any individual placing orders through the platform
- "Rider" refers to delivery personnel (permanent or freelance)
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
4. Vendor Terms
- Registration on the platform is FREE for all vendors
- A service fee of 5% is charged on each order placed through the platform and subject to update
- Vendors must maintain valid licenses and permits for their operations
- Pharmacy vendors must sell drugs that are allowed for public consumption with or without doctor’s prescriptions. If a pharmacy violates this term, Adepa Mall would be exempted from any legal actions
- Vendors will receive training on how to use the platform after confirmation
5. Orders & Delivery
- Orders are subject to vendor availability and stock
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather
- Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses
- Adepa Mall is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses
6. Payments & Fees
- All payments are processed securely through the platform
- Prices displayed include vendor pricing; delivery fees are shown separately
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of complaint
7. Rider Terms
- Freelance riders are paid on commission per delivery completed
- Riders must maintain professional conduct and handle items with care
- Riders are responsible for their own vehicles and safety equipment
- If a rider spoils an item while delivering, the rider is responsible for the replacement if requested by the user hence a rider is responsible for the safety of items delivered
8. Limitation of Liability
- Adepa Mall acts as a marketplace connecting customers with vendors
- We are not liable for the quality of products sold by vendors
- Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy and legit of their product listings
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the disputed order
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms
- Vendors may exit the platform with 30 days written notice
- Customers may delete their accounts at any time
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before legal action.
